Bvbx Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member") and bvbx ("Platform") regarding your use of the website, services, games, and all features available at bvbx.run. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the bvbx platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue your use of the bvbx platform.
Bvbx is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible betting environment for all users in Malaysia. These terms are written in plain language so that all our members can easily understand them. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the bvbx platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, using bonuses, or participating in any game or wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
These terms apply alongside the bvbx Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms relating to specific promotions or games you participate in. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

2. Membership Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use the bvbx platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years at the time of registration. bvbx strictly prohibits the use of the platform by underage individuals and will terminate any account found to be in violation of this condition.
- You must be an individual registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must act under your own true identity and must not use a false name, fake identification number, or another person's personal information.
- You are not currently subject to any legal prohibition or restriction that prevents you from participating in online betting activities.
- You have never engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity involving the bvbx platform or any other betting platform.
Bvbx reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any stage, and accounts may be suspended pending the completion of such verification. All documents submitted for verification purposes must be valid official Malaysian documents.
3. Account Registration
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bvbx account only. Owning multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, emails, identification numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balances without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:
- Full name as per your Malaysian identity card or passport
- An active, reachable Malaysian phone number
- A valid and active email address
- A strong and unique password for your bvbx account
You are solely responsible for keeping your bvbx account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — is your responsibility. bvbx will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your password confidential.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same bvbx member. bvbx does not accept third-party deposits and reserves the right to decline and return any deposit originating from a source whose owner cannot be verified.
For winnings withdrawals, the minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the Malaysian bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your bvbx account. Withdrawal processing times are between one and four hours during working hours. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Bvbx reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold, as part of the anti-money laundering (AML) procedures we adhere to.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by bvbx are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all bvbx promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses may only be claimed by bvbx members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each respective promotion.
- Each member is entitled to claim any given bonus once only, except for recurring promotions such as the Weekly Reload Bonus or Weekly Cashback, which follow their own schedules.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. Requirements vary by bonus type — please check the details of each promotion.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
- Bvbx reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
- Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and may result in all related bonuses and winnings being forfeited.
All bonus values stated in promotions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). bvbx is not liable for any losses incurred while fulfilling bonus wagering requirements.
6. Betting Rules
All bets placed through the bvbx platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of each bet before final confirmation. bvbx does not accept cancellations or amendments to bets after they have been confirmed, except under specific circumstances stated in the rules for each game category.
- Sports Betting (Badminton, Football, E-Sports, Virtual Sports): Results announced by the official governing body are final for the purpose of settling bets on bvbx. In the case of postponed or cancelled matches, bets will be settled in accordance with the policy established for each sport.
- Casino games (Blackjack, Live Casino): All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Any technical failure during gameplay will be resolved based on stored system records, and bvbx's decision is final.
- Lottery: Draw results are final and cannot be disputed. Winnings are automatically credited to the member's account upon official result confirmation.
Bvbx reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving match-fixing, manipulation, or any other dishonest activity. Accounts found to be involved in such activity may be suspended or terminated without warning.
7. Responsible Gaming
Bvbx is committed to promoting responsible betting practices. We provide a range of tools that members can use to help them stay in control:
- Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings.
- Session Time Limit: Session time limits can be set to prevent excessively long play sessions.

8. Account Closure & Suspension
Bvbx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors within bvbx
- Abusive or threatening behaviour towards bvbx support staff
- Use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorized methods in gameplay
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, bvbx reserves the right to forfeit all remaining credits, bonuses, and pending winnings without compensation. Members whose accounts are terminated for personal reasons (not due to a violation) will receive a refund of their actual fund balance upon completion of the verification process.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

- Platform access disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues on the part of the internet service provider, or force majeure events
- Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password
- Any financial or personal decisions you make based on information found on the bvbx platform
Bvbx makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, bvbx will review system records and resolve any affected bets in accordance with a fair and transparent policy.
11. Changes to Terms
Bvbx reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are immediate in nature to address security or legal compliance issues.
